工作職責:
1.Optimize process of goods storage, commissioning and delivery. Daily supervise the warehouse operation
In charge of goods receiving and dispatch, act counting and ensure stock accurate
倉庫收貨、存儲、配料、發貨流程優化及倉庫日常運營監督管理
2.Responsible for planning and executing logistics operations to support import and export orders, ensuring timely arrival and departure of goods
負責規劃和執行支持進出口訂單的物流工作，確保貨物按時到達/出發
3.Prepare customs clearance documents correctly according to Chinese Customs regulations, and classify import and export parts using HS codes as required
根據中國海關規定正確準備清關文件，根據需要對進出口零部件進行HS編碼分類
4.Responsible for warehouse process optimization, date code management, 5S management, and safety management 負責倉庫流程優化、Date code管理、5S和安全管理
5.Monthly review of logistics expenses, effective cost control, preparation of cost variance reports, identification of root causes, and provision of improvement solutions.
每月審核物流費用，有效控制物流成本。提供成本差異報告，找出根本原因，并提出改進方案
6.proficient in International Commercial Terms (Incoterms) and able to select specific shipping methods based on shipment attributes.
熟練掌握國際貿易術語解釋通則條款，并根據貨物屬性選擇特定的運輸方式
7.E2E Shipping process tracking. 端到端（E2E）運輸流程跟蹤。
任職資格:
1.本科以上學歷，2年以上EE制造型企業的倉庫經驗Bachelor's degree or above，Over 2 years of warehouse experience in EE manufacturing companies
2.具備中國國內及國際運輸方面的知識和經驗Possess knowledge/experience of Domestic China and International transportation
3.團隊合作精神；能夠承受壓力；邏輯思考能力Team cooperation spirit; able to work under pressure. Logical thinking ability
4.familiar with SAP/MES/WMS, excellent on Excel.
5.能積極主動發現問題，提出有效解決方案Actively identify problems and propose solutions
6.英語溝通能力佳
