Ensure greenhouse facility in smooth operation and managing the team technicians.帶領溫室技術員確保溫室設施運轉良好 Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard, such PPM, SOP, LOTO, etc. 遵守并執行工程業務標準,如預防性維修計劃,標準作業指導書,上鎖掛牌等 Perform with an understanding of maintenance requirements and changes, dispatch W.Os to technicians and ensuring continuous improvement. 根據客戶需求和現場工況分派工單并確保任務完成 Updating and maintaining of engineering documentation and centralize all the service completion record 更新技術文件和收集整理維保記錄 Liaise with suppliers for implementing preventive maintenance plan and ensure subcontractor and supplier log books are up to date 監督維保商執行維修保養計劃并更新相關維保記錄 review daily site inspection check list and carry out analysis 追蹤分析每日的設備運行檢查表 Record holiday and sickness statistics for all technicians. 記錄溫室技術員的考勤 Issue Purchase Request through the appropriate system and ensure all necessary spare parts are delivered in a timely manner. 提交備件采購需求并確保及時到貨 Any other tasks that manager assigned 完成主管分派的其他工作 要求: Junior college degree and major in HVAC or automation 大專學歷,具備暖通或自動化專業背景 10 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred. Previous experience of a customer-facing role using facility management software is desirable. 10年以上同等職位經驗,具備設備管理軟件使用經驗更佳 Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus. . 客戶服務意識強 Basic written and verbal of communication skills in English.基本的英語口語及書面溝通能力 Self-motivated and systematic. 善于自我激勵 Results/ task orientated, attention to detail and accuracy. 結果導向意識強,關注準確度和細節 Excellent time management and organizational skills. 具備時間管理技巧 Commitment to continuous improvement. 自我提高的愿望強 Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently. 善于獨立工作,具備團隊意識
